A deeper understanding of your dream spaces. This is your time to share with our team any ideas, inspiration, or pictures of the styles and customizations you envision. Brainstorming about the features of your new spaces is not only an exciting and fun process, but it allows our architects and designers to understand your preferred styles and design sensibilities. Our experts will build on your thoughts as well as share their own ideas in order to best meet your requirements and budget. We take the time to understand your lifestyle and preferences and keep in mind the future needs of your family for designing flexible, functional, and attractive spaces that enhance your quality of life.

3. Concept Design and Planning

Translating your dream spaces into realistic plans. Our conceptual drawings for the proposals include exact measurements and existing floor plans for complete clarity. Our next goal is to convert your vision into realistic proposals that meet your requirements, reflect your unique personality, and enhance your lifestyle. We measure out all the spaces accurately, prepare the existing floor plans and create the conceptual drawings that depict the new plans. Besides exact measurements, we use advanced tools and software to help you visualize our proposals in the best possible manner.

4. Presentation Meeting

A review and finalization of the scope of work, timelines, and budget. In this meeting, we present the concept drawings to you and take notes for modifications, if any. Once we take stock of the existing conditions, your creative vision, and the available budget, we present our conceptual drawings and plans, and seek your feedback on the functional and aesthetic elements of our proposal. We listen to you carefully and take detailed notes on modifications, which in turn helps us draw up the exact project commitments and timelines. Our proposals account for the local building codes, timelines for permits and approvals, and other potential adjustments related to the structural or mechanical aspects and construction methods. We like to be accurate and meticulous and are very serious about delivering what we promise.

5. Documentation

A presentation and review of the construction Agreement. We finalize a formal, legally binding document that entails the scope of work, project timelines, and payment schedules for both parties to sign.Based on your inputs during the presentation meeting, we hash out all the details and prepare a final construction agreement or contract that spells out every aspect of the project. From the scope of work, detailed blueprints, and phase-wise construction plans, to the payment schedule, materials details, and other logistics, the contract provides all the details that go into your custom renovations, new build or home addition project. As soon as both parties sign on the dotted line, the project plan is set in motion.

6. Construction Begins

Our goal is to ensure that the project runs efficiently and smoothly. Expect nothing less than a well-maintained job site, health & safety measures, and ongoing communication on project progress.During the construction phase, our goal is to ensure that we meet every milestone in terms of cost and timelines. 7. Project Completion
